Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 19: The Deputy Education Officer, South Andaman is organizing the Inter School Volley Ball knockout tournament for Under -17 (Boys & Girls) are being conducted at Netaji Stadium, Sri Vijaya Puram. In the first semi-final match played today, GSSS Girls defeated GSS Calicut by 25-11 and 25-12 while in the second semi-final, GSSS School Line defeated GSS South Point by 25-07, 25-04. Final match for Girls will be played between GSSS Girls & GSSS School Line at 9 AM tomorrow Sept. 20 at Multipurpose Hall, Netaji Stadium.
In the first semi–final for Boys, GSSS Port Mout defeated GSSS Manglutan by 21-25, 25-21, 15-06 while GSSS Haddo defeated GSSS Boys by 25-18,25-21 in the second semi-final. Final Match for Boys will be played between GSSS Port Mout and GSSS Haddo (T/E) at 9.30 AM at Multipurpose Hall, Netaji Stadium.
