Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 12: The Deputy Education Officer, South Andaman organised the Inter School Kabaddi knock out tournament for Under -17 (Boys and Girls) of South Andaman Educational Zone. In an exciting final match (Boys), GSSS Prothrapur defeated GSSS School Line by 42-41 points while in the Girls, VKV Nagar Palika (Ranchi Tekri) defeated GSSS Girls By 55-38.
Shri Ganesh Ch. Biswas, Rtd. Assistant Supervisor (Sports) was the chief guest of the final match and Shri. K. Veeraswamy, Rtd. Phy. Edn. Teacher and a National Referee of Kabaddi was the guest of honour. Both the guests distributed the Medals, Certificate and Trophies to the winners and the Runner up teams.
