Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 29: As part of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, the Department of Sports is going to conduct “Open Cycle Rally for Men & Women” on Nov. 1 at 5.30 am from Netaji Stadium. The details of the route are as under:
1) 12 KM Cycle Rally – Men & Women – Open-To-All Netaji Stadium to Netaji Stadium
STARTING POINT: Netaji Stadium – B.Ed College Girls Hostel – GSSS Girls School Chowk – Swimming Pool- Water Sports Complex- Dignabad Fish Market – Head Quarter PRO- Marine Dockyard – Phoenix Bay Power House – Fisheries Jetty- Megapode Chowk – Marine Police Head Quarter- PS Chatham Chowk
RETURN ROUTE TO FINISHING POINT – PS Chatham Chowk – Marine Police Head Quarter- Megapode Chowk- Fisheries Jetty- Phoenix Bay Power House- Marine Dockyard – Head Quarter PRO – Dignabad Fish Market – Water Sports Complex- Swimming Pool- GSSS Girls School Chowk- B.Ed College Girls Hostel – Netaji Stadium main gate (Finishing point)
Interested participants from Govt./Private Schools, Colleges and other Institution/ Organization/General public may directly participate in the event with their own cycle and be present at Netaji Stadium main gate on Nov. 1 before 5.20 am.
