Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 31: A lecture on Stress Management and Achievement of Better Mental Health was facilitated by Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) for Ex-Servicemen and their dependents. The session was conducted by the faculty of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF) at Dweepika Auditorium, INS Jarawa on 31 Oct 25.
RERF, with its extensive experience in conducting programmes on Eradication of Stress and Enhancing Inner Strength for Military, Paramilitary and Police Forces across India since 2001, has in recent years extended its outreach to Defence Civilians and Veterans as well.
A total of 130 Veterans alongwith their dependents from Sri Vijaya Puram actively participated in the event.
The initiative aimed to guide Ex-Servicemen and their families towards achieving better mental health through preventive care, reducing dependence on medication and enhancing overall quality of life.
