Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 3: The Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision drive in this UT of Andaman & Nicobar Islands begins tomorrow (Nov. 4). Here is everything you need to ensure your name in the Draft Electoral Roll, which will be published on 09th December, 2025. Registered voters as on 27th October, 2025 of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency are required to fill a fresh enumeration form as part of the Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
To ensure inclusion of your name in the Draft Roll, you must link your details with last SIR roll, either through your name or your parent’s name. No documents are required to be given during enumeration phase (4th November, 2025 to 4th December, 2025). Between November 4, 2025 and December 4, 2025 Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of the Election Commission will visit homes (up to three visits) to distribute pre-printed enumeration form in duplicate. Every registered voter currently on the electoral roll must fill and submit this form to ensure their name appears in the draft electoral roll to be published on December 9, 2025. Your enumeration form will already have some of your information printed such as your name, EPIC number, address, Part Number & name, Constituency name, photograph. Check these details carefully. Then fill in the missing fields: your date of birth, Aadhaar number (optional), Mobile Number, parent’s name and EPIC numbers. You can also attach a new photograph in space provided.
For the SIR across the UT of A & N Islands, the Election Commission has added a new section to the enumeration form. This section requires electors to trace their name or a parent’s name in the electoral roll from the last Intensive Revision held in the year 2002. The part wise 2002 electoral roll is available in website in pdf format: link https://www.ceoandaman.nic.in/election/E-ROLL-2002/default.htm.
Additionally, a search facility for the 2002 electoral roll has been provided on the CEO’s website: https://ceo.andamannicobar.gov.in/sir2002/. Using this feature, electors can easily able to search their names by entering any of the required fields. The voters who have Shifted or migrated from other States and are presently in the electoral roll of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency are required to visit the respective State CEO’s website or the ECI website: https://voters.eci.gov.in/ to trace or link their name or their parents name in the electoral rolls prepared during last SIR held in respective State.
Once the elector has filled in all the required details in the enumeration form and established a link to last published SIR roll, they should sign the form and keep it ready. During the next visit, the Booth Level Officer (BLO) will collect the completed form. The BLOs are also required to provide one copy of the form as an acknowledgement of receipt to the elector.
The BLO will assist electors in filling up the enumeration form, wherever required, to ensure that all details are correctly entered. The form also allows any senior family member of the house to sign on behalf of other family members who are not present during the Enumeration Phase. Please refer to the information sheet provided on the reverse side of the Enumeration Form for guidance. For any queries or assistance, electors are advised to contact their respective Booth Level Officers (BLOs) whose name and contact number is pre-printed in Enumeration Form for necessary support.
The Chief Electoral Officer, Andaman & Nicobar Islands has requested all electors to extend their full cooperation to the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) by providing accurate details during the house-to-house visit. BLOs will visit every household as part of this exercise and your cooperation is essential for the successful completion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
