Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 17: The Directorate of Social Welfare will be observing the 5th Anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) at Mannarghat Gram Panchayat, Ferrargunj Tehsil tomorrow (Nov. 18) at 10.30 AM. The programme aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle among the community.
All residents of Mannarghat village and the neighboring areas have been invited to attend and participate in the event. To encourage wider public participation, an NMBA e-Pledge QR Code has been provided for the people of the A&N Islands. Citizens have been encouraged to scan the QR code and take the pledge to commit themselves to building a drug-free and healthier society.
