The program is being organized by the Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with State Institute of Education to equip KRPs with innovative teaching strategies as envisioned in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The inaugural session was held at the Conference Hall of Shiksha Sadan SVP. The event was graced by the Smt. Sangeeta Chand, Principal, State Institute of Education (SIE). She emphasized the critical need for experiential and joyful learning as promoted by the integrated approach. She also urged all participants to take maximum benefit of the workshop by actively engaging with the resource materials and practical sessions to ensure the successful implementation of these pedagogies in schools across the Islands.
The workshop is designed to provide hands-on training on leveraging the intrinsic appeal of art and sports/physical education to make learning across all subjects more holistic and engaging.
