Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 23: Child Rights and You (CRY) organised a special program on the occasion of Children’s Day at the Dairy Farm Community, uniting 67 children and 23 community members under the theme “For Every Child, Every Right.”
Mrs. Farida Bibi, Project Consultant for CRY in Andaman, addressed the gathering and highlighted the four fundamental rights of children in India—the rights to Education, Development, Protection, and Participation. During her speech, Mrs. Bibi emphasised the need to empower every child and ensure equal access to these essential rights.
The day’s program also included engaging games and recreational activities, which brought smiles and enthusiasm among the children. The event underscored CRY’s commitment to creating joyful experiences while raising awareness about child rights in the community.
