Nancowrie, Nov. 24: A one-day orientation programme for teachers on School Safety and Security was organised on Nov. 22 by the Block Project Office, Nancowrie, at GMSS Kamorta. The programme featured expert sessions conducted by officials from key departments.
Shri Rahil Islam, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Nancowrie, addressed various aspects of school safety from a law-enforcement perspective. Dr. Shabnam Salim, Resource Person from CHC Nancowrie, delivered an insightful session on health emergencies and first aid preparedness in schools. Shri Parimal Bepari, Fireman, Fire Station Kamorta, briefed the participants on fire safety measures, emergency response, and evacuation procedures. Shri Om Prakash, Block Project Officer, Nancowrie welcomed the gathering.
