
Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 25: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has initiated the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) – 2025 of Electoral Rolls in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands with effect from 4th November, 2025, with the objective of ensuring comprehensive inclusion of all eligible citizens in the electoral rolls. As part of this exercise, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are undertaking extensive door-to-door distribution and collection of enumeration forms to ensure maximum eligible voter enrollment and accuracy in the rolls.
In this regard, Ms. Sneha Sikder, Booth Level Officer of Part No. 140, Shyamnagar-I, Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, South Andaman District, has successfully completed 100% distribution and collection of Enumeration Forms within her assigned jurisdiction. Her dedicated efforts, sincerity and time-bound execution have significantly contributed to the smooth and effective implementation of the revision process at the grassroots level.
In recognition of her exemplary service, Shri Kamaleshwar Rao, S, IAS, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO), Sri Vijaya Puram, has appreciated her commendable performance and issued a Certificate of Appreciation for her outstanding contribution to the electoral revision exercise.
