Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 1: Ms. Sneha Toppo and Ms. P. Alagammal, SAI residential trainees have brought pride to the Islanders by winning the Bronze Medal in the Women’s Coxless Pair (CW2-) event at the 8th Inter-State Challenger Rowing & 45th Junior National Rowing Championship, held at Upper Lake, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from 26th to 30th November, 2025.
The duo showcased remarkable teamwork, endurance, and determination, securing the bronze medal with an impressive timing of 08:55.5 in the finals held on 30th November 2025 at Upper Lake, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Their achievement stands as a testament to their hard work, the guidance and support of their coaches, and the excellent training environment provided by SAI STC, Sri Vijaya Puram. SAI has expressed gratitude to Rowing Association, A&N Islands for providing continuous support to the athletes.
