Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 9: With reference to the News item issued in the Daily Telegrams Newspaper dated 05-12-2025 regarding the Public Hearing for preparation of Draft Integrated Island Management Plan (IIMP) of Chowra Island, it is hereby informed that the Public hearing earlier scheduled for Chowra Island on 09.12.2025 at 11 am at APWD Guest House, Chowra Island, Nicobar District has been deferred due to extreme inclement weather conditions.
The revised date, time and venue for the Public Hearing for preparation of Draft Integrated Island Management Plan (IIMP) of Chowra Island will be notified shortly upon normalization of weather conditions.
