Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 31: Under the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA), a two-day Block Level Training Programme on ‘Preparation of Viable Financial Model for Generation of Own Source Revenue (OSR) in the Gram Panchayat’ was successfully conducted on 29th and 30th December, 2025 at the CMTC Building, CD Block Ferrargunj.
The programme was organized for Pradhans and Panchayat Secretaries of the Gram Panchayats of Ferrargunj Block with the objective of strengthening the financial sustainability of Gram Panchayats through effective OSR generation.
As part of the programme, the best performing Gram Panchayats in OSR generation under Ferrargunj Block were recognized. Shorepoint, Chouldari and Mithakhari Gram Panchayats were awarded Certificates of Appreciation by Smti Lalita Tigga, BDO, Ferrargunj. Prizes were also distributed for various activities conducted during the training.
