Rotary Club of Port Blair NextGen Continues its Commitment to Community Service

Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 4: The Rotary Club of Port Blair NextGen continued its commitment to community service by donating stainless steel plates, bowls, and spoons for all the inmates of Abhudaya Complex, Ferrargunj, which houses an Old Age Home, Specially Abled Home, and Child Care Institute.

The donation was formally handed over by Club President Rtn. Mandeep Grewal, along with Rtn. M. Vignesh (Club Secretary), Rtn. Devansh Arora, Rtn. Sarvagya Singh, and Rtn. PD, to Dr. Shweta, the In-charge of the Abhudaya Complex.

During the visit, the Rotary members spent meaningful time interacting with the inmates of the old age home, sharing conversations and moments of warmth, reinforcing Rotary’s belief that service goes beyond material support and is rooted in human connection and care.

Speaking on the occasion, Rtn. Mandeep Grewal, President of the Club, said that the initiative reflects Rotary NextGen’s focus on dignity, hygiene, and compassion for the most vulnerable sections of society.

The Rotary Club of Port Blair NextGen remains dedicated to impactful service projects that bring comfort, care, and positive change to the community.
