Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb. 11: State Bank of India Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), Sri Vijaya Puram has successfully completed 10 days training programme on Mushroom Cultivation with the support of Directorate of Agriculture. The training was conducted at Hope Town Panchayat wherein about 35 NRLM SHG women actively participated in the training which commenced from Jan. 30 and culminated today.
In his valedictory address, Shri. P K Ummer Farooq, Chief Manager, UTLBC Lead Bank congratulated the trainees for completing the training and advised them to become financially independent by making an earning through mushroom cultivation.
Shri C Raj, Director of the Institute appreciated the trainees for taking the initiative to learn about mushroom cultivation to support their family’s income also while managing the household chores. Shri Naveen Rajkumar, Faculty of the institute proposed the vote of thanks.
