The Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands express deep condolence on the sad demise of Com. M. Boominathan, CITU State Committee Vice president and Vice president of ASNVMS who expired on 3rd June 2025 at his home in Garacharma. He was 68 years old and left behind wife and 3 sons. Com. Boominathan was a dedicated leader of the Union and had participated in several programmes organised by CITU Union and NGOs’ Association.
