Sri Vijaya Puram, March 9: The Department of Education, Department of Sports & Youth Affairs A & N Administration in collaboration with the Andaman Nicobar Chess Association, will organize the Andaman-Nicobar Chess Mahasangram 2.0, one of the biggest, most awaited and exciting chess tournaments in the islands, on 28th and 29th March 2026 at the Netaji Stadium in an open-ground setting under floodlights.
The event is open to all players, and no entry fee will be charged for participation. However, AICF registration for the year 2025–26 is mandatory for all participants. Players who do not yet have an AICF registration may complete their new registration at: https://prs.aicf.in/new-register.
