Sri Vijaya Puram, March 20: Based on the sighting of moon in these Islands, the Andaman & Nicobar Hilal Committee in its meeting unanimously decided that ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’ will be celebrated in these Islands on Saturday the 21st March 2026.
The Hilal Committee conveys its good wishes on this auspicious occasion to all the people of these Islands. May this Eid strengthen world peace, prosperity, bonds of brotherhood and bring happiness amongst all the people.
