
Car Nicobar, March 27: A group of 37 students along with 3 escort teachers from South Andaman arrived today at Car Nicobar for an educational exposure visit scheduled from Mar. 27 to 30. The visit aims to provide students with valuable insights into the unique culture, traditions, educational practices, and lifestyle of Car Nicobar. Shri Swapan Paik, Education Officer Car Nicobar, Smti Everlyn, Vice Principal, GSSS Malacca and other teachers warmly welcomed the group in a traditional Nicobari manner.
On the first day of the visit, the students visited the Agriculture Farm, Forest Farm, District Library, Water Treatment & RO Plant at Kinyuka, PM SHRI GSS Mus, and participated in an interactive session with students. They also visited the Mobile Library stationed at Mus Village, the Statue of Bishop John Richardson at Mus Cathedral Church campus, and GSSS Lapathy, Car Nicobar. Such initiatives play a significant role in fostering mutual understanding, developing confidence among students, and encouraging experiential learning.
