
Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 27: The Andaman & Nicobar Administration registered an impressive presence at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, held from 14th to 27th November, 2025, securing multiple honours for its outstanding pavilion.
Competing among 31 States and Union Territories, 61 Central Ministries, and over 2000 exhibitors, the Andaman & Nicobar Pavilion stood out for its creativity, presentation and commitment to cleanliness. The pavilion was conferred with the Award for Excellence in Display, the Swachh Pavilion Award, and a Special Appreciation Medal, recognising the Administration’s innovation and dedication to quality.
The awards were presented during a special ceremony, in which, the Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) was the chief guest. The Chairman, Airports Authority of India also graced the occasion.
On behalf of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Shri Rajesh Chopra, IAS, Secretary (Rural Development) received the honours.
The A&N Pavilion, known for its blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and sustainable development initiatives, once again reaffirmed the Islands’ unique identity on the national stage through its impactful presentation at the IITF 2025.
