A&N Fire and Emergency Service Training Centre Achieves Historic Milestone with Successful Completion of the 54th External Sub-Officers Course

Sri Vijaya Puram, Jan. 6: Andaman & Nicobar Fire and Emergency Service Training Centre has achieved a historic milestone with the successful completion of the 54th External Sub-Officers Course, in which all trainees have passed. The course commenced on July 15, 2025, following the conferment of the prestigious status of State Training Centre (STC) by the National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

The first batch of 30 fire service officials from reputed organizations across India—including GAIL, Gujarat Fire Service, Bihar Fire Services, Maharashtra MIDC, and others—reported at the State Training Centre to undergo training programme. Upon successful completion of the course, the trainees appeared in the prescribed examinations conducted as per NFSC norms.

This outstanding result has brought nationwide recognition to the A&N Fire & Emergency Services State Training Centre. The achievement stands as a testament to the dedicated efforts, professionalism, and commitment of the faculty members of the Training Centre, whose exemplary training and guidance played a vital role in achieving this remarkable success.
