Sri Vijaya Puram, Jan 23: the Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) on 23rd January,2026 solemnly observed the 129th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Ji with great respect and patriotism at Congress Office, Port Blair.
On the occasion, the portrait of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Ji was garlanded by ANTCC President Shri Rangalal Halder and Chairman, Campaign Committee, Shri G. Bhasker, followed by floral tributes offered by Senior Party leaders, Mahila Leaders and Congress workers.
While paying homage, the leaders recalled the immense contributions of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose to India’s freedom struggle and highlighted his unparalleled courage, sacrifice, and vision for a free and united nation. They emphasized that Netaji’s ideals of nationalism, discipline, and selfless service continue to inspire generations and guide the path of the nation.
The programme was attended by ANTCC Chief Spokespersons, Mahila Congress President & it’s Committee Members, Youth Congress President, Minority Department Chairman, Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan (ANTCC) Chairman & it’s Committee Members, Fisherman Congress Chairman, SVPMC Councilors, Seva Dal Joint Secretary and Congress workers, who reaffirmed their commitment to uphold the values and principles championed by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
