The service will operate with regular scheduled departures to Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram), catering to a broad spectrum of cargo requirements, including containerized, bulk, and project cargo. This initiative underscores Apeejay Shipping’s commitment to providing dependable, efficient, and cost-effective logistics solutions to support trade and economic activity in the Andaman Islands.
Apeejay Shipping has acquired a trade specific 3000 ton geared cargo vessel with two 60T (each) cranes which is being named APJ Karan 2, which is set to make its maiden voyage to Andamans in March 2026.
