On 17/02/2026 at 0400 hrs an information was received that a person committed suicide by hanging in the Garacharma Junction opposite Bipasha Tiles shop. As per medical records, the name of the deceased is found to be Shiva Raj.
The name of his father and his perman ent address could not be ascertained. On enquiry with local people, it was learnt that the said person had been residing in this area for the last ten years, living here and there with no permanent residence, house, or known family members in the area of Garacharma. Some local residents have also stated that the deceased had a resident at Kalighat area.
Later on, an UD FIR No. 13/26 dated 17/02/2026 U/s 194 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 has been registered at PS Pahargaon. The identity and family details of the deceased have not been ascertained so far` His descriptive particular are:

Build: Thin.
Colour: Swallow.
Wearing apparels: White green black lined colour T-shirt and Light Blue Colour full pant (Jeans).
ID Mark: One black mole on the left side of neck.
