Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 29: The Engineering Staff College of India, which is an Autonomous Organ of The Institution of Engineers (India) successfully conducted a Capacity Development Programme (CPDP) on Enhancing Leadership, Managerial, and Team Building Skills at Sri Vijaya Puram. The programme is aimed at strengthening core competencies required for effective leadership and team performance in dynamic work environments.
Participants include officials from DRDO, HMWSSB, India Security Press, and Young Scientists Laboratories. A total of 16 participants are attended the residential programme in the Megapode Resort at Sri Vijaya Puram.
The Chairperson Er. Usha Stephen, FIE, Honorary Secretary Er. Debdas Paik, MIE, Joint Secretary Dr. E. Mutukumaran, MIE and Immediate Past Honorary Secretary Er. Arun Bepari, MIE were the Chief Guest and Special Guests representing The Institution of Engineers (India), Andaman Nicobar State Centre during the valedictory function.
