HumaneTouch, Bageecha & Sanjay Meshack Join Hands for a Noble Cause

Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 28: HumaneTouch, in association with Bageecha and under the support of Sanjay Meshack (Ex-Municipal Councillor), successfully organized a ClotheShare programme at Bageecha, Libra Cottage, Brichgunj Chowk, Prothrapur on 28th December 2025 at 10:00 AM, benefiting nearly 100 families from the surrounding areas. The initiative, held on Sunday morning, aimed to support underprivileged families by providing free clothing as per their needs and preferences.
The event witnessed the active presence of Denis Giles, Chief Editor of Andaman Chronicle and Patron of Bageecha, who joined hands in the distribution process, along with Sanjay Meshack and a dedicated team of volunteers from the surrounding. Their involvement ensured smooth facilitation and helped create a welcoming atmosphere for beneficiaries who arrived in significant numbers since morning.
Representing HumaneTouch, Shafique (Vice President) and MK Naseef (Secretary), along with the Executive Committee members of the organization, coordinated the arrangements and interacted with the beneficiaries. The programme enabled families to select clothes suitable to their personal needs, reinforcing the message of dignity and choice.
HumaneTouch members shared that the ClotheShare initiative is part of the organization’s continuous efforts to extend compassion and practical support to communities across the Islands. By channelizing used yet wearable clothes to the needy, the programme seeks to encourage responsible sharing and humanitarian practices.
