Kamorta, Dec. 7: The 09th State Level Competition for Children with Special Needs recently held at Netaji Stadium, Sri Vijaya Puram from 28th November 2025 to 01st December, 2025. Children with Special Needs from 09 zones in Andaman & Nicobar Islands participated in the competition, showcasing their talents and skills. The event saw outstanding performances from the CwSN Students.
Two students from Nancowrie Zone excelled in the competition. Nicolas from GMS Pilpillow won a silver medal in Shot Put for Locomotor Disability, while Wellington from GMSS Kamorta brought home two bronze medals in Chess and Ball Tracking for Visual Impairment.
The competition aimed to promote inclusivity and sportsmanship and equal opportunities for Children with Special Needs. Congratulations to the medal winners for their remarkable achievements.
