Kolkata, Nov. 28: The Department of Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration is participating in the 9th Edition of the Travel East Fair, being held at City Centre I, Kolkata, from 28th to 30th November 2025. The prestigious event is organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and brings together key tourism stakeholders from across the country.
The Andaman Tourism Pavilion showcases the unique natural beauty, adventure offerings, vibrant culture, and sustainable tourism initiatives of the Islands to a diverse audience comprising tour operators, corporate buyers, travel enthusiasts, and industry leaders.
Representatives from major tourism stakeholder associations of the islands viz. AATO (Andaman Association of Tour Operators), ANTOA (Andaman Nicobar Tour Operators Association), and ITT Majestic are actively participating to highlight the strengths of Andaman tourism, promote new packages, and strengthen market linkages.
The Andaman & Nicobar Administration looks forward to leveraging this opportunity to boost tourism prospects and attract a greater number of travellers in the upcoming season.
