Sri Vijaya Puram, July 28: A five-day hands-on training programme (Phase-I) for ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) in-charges of Government and private schools was inaugurated today at the ATL Laboratory of GSSS, Haddo. The programme aims to empower ATL in-charges with practical skills to inspire innovation and creativity among students.
Inaugurating the prog., as the chief guest, HoO/DDE (Admin.), Shri Gyan Sheel Dubey emphasized the importance of such hands-on training sessions and encouraged them to nurture innovation among students and support them in developing creative, need-based working models.
Earlier, Shri Ram Parvesh, DDE (Science), welcomed the gathering and highlighted the significance of ATL activities in fostering scientific temper and innovation and outlined future plans to strengthen ATL initiatives across the Islands.
Shri Sudeep Chakraborty (DBRAIT), Shri M. Sakthivel (SOVTECH), and Ms. Anisha Ahmed (ITI) are the Resource Persons of the training sessions. ATL in-charges from schools ranging from GSSS Goal Tikrey, Kamorta to GSSS Diglipur are actively participating in the training through interactive group activities and practical sessions.
This training programme marks a significant step towards promoting a culture of innovation and experiential learning in schools through the ATL platform.
