Sri Vijaya Puram, March 30: The 39th Convocation of the University will be conducted at IGNOU Headquarters and simultaneously at Regional Centre- Port Blair on 7th April, 2026. The learners who have completed their programme of study in December 2024 and June 2025 Term End Examinations are eligible for award of certificate/diploma/degree at this convocation. The eligible students of RC- Port Blair who have already submitted the registration form for 39th Convocation are requested to collect the scarf from the Regional Centre office near VIP Road.
