Everyone knows the history of Andaman, the only difference is that some know more and some know less. But till today no one knew that during the British period there used to be two Corbyn’s Cove in Andaman viz.  South Corbyn’s Cove and North Corbyn’s Cove. The place we know and visit today is South Corbyn’s Cove whereas the North Corbyn’s Cove is anonymous today and is confined to the pages of history only. Today no one knows about this erstwhile beautiful beach. But a good news for all of us is that recently the North Corbyn’s Cove has been discovered by an island-born historian Dr. Pronob Kumar Sircar.
