NHIDCL Notifies Contact Details for Registering Complaints
Port Blair, Jan 21: In light of the various issues raised by the public and public representatives with regard to the condition of the National Highway, the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Shri Jitendra Narain has directed Executive Director (P), NHIDCL to devise a mechanism inviting grievances from general public on issues related to NH-(ATR-223) from Chidiya Tapu to Lamiya Bay for its speedy redressal.

Port Blair, Jan 21: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee President, Mr. Rangalal Halder held an interactive session with autorickshaw drivers of Rangat on Thursday evening. Halder heard their problems and tried to resolve them.

Port Blair, Jan. 21: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 110 passengers who arrived here yesterday, 2 positive cases have been detected. Today, 10 flights with 537 passengers arrived, out of which, 397 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 122 passengers (4 foreign travelers) and the reports are awaited.

Port Blair, Jan 21: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,02,704 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 18,983 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 years against the target beneficiaries of 23,000. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 4076.
