Under schedule–II of Biomedical Waste Management (BMWM) Rules, 2016 as amended thereof, all the Government and Private Healthcare facilities need to ensure the implementation of Rules as well as the strict compliance with respect to the following points:

Mayabunder, Oct. 23: The Govt. Piggery Farm, Webi, Mayabunder, North and Middle Andaman, is proactively involved in the breeding and promotion of various pig breeds, such as Yorkshire, Gungroo, and Duroc. The farm is not only engaged in the rearing of these breeds but is also dedicated to supplying piglets to interested and underprivileged farmers at affordable rates.
