Port Blair, Oct. 17: The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), New Delhi has revised the Guidelines for Environmental Management of Dairy Farms and Gaushalas. This is applicable for all the States and UTs. In this connection, all stakeholders who are maintaining Dairy Farms and Gaushalas in Andaman & Nicobar Islands have been requested to implement the revised guidelines. Port Blair, Oct. 17: As per the revised schedule for admission in Two Years B.Ed. Degree Programme in Tagore Government College of Education, Port Blair, the provisional list of all candidates who have applied admission to this programme will be published on 19/10/2023.

Claims and objections if any can be filed up to 23rd October 2023, in person during working hours with valid supporting documents. After attending claims and objections, final merit list will be published on 25th October 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The counseling for admission to this course shall be held on 26th October 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in Tagore Auditorium, TGCE.

Port Blair, Oct. 16: The Member of Parliament, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma today laid the foundation stone for Construction of a Anganwadi Centre on the Ground Floor and a Multipurpose Hall on the first floor of the same building at Machi Lane, Ward No.10, Port Blair.

The work was sanctioned under MPLADS fund with an estimated cost of Rs. 39,94.660.

Mr. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member BJP & Former State President BJP-ANI has deeply mourned the sad demise of R. Rakkammal, aged 88 Years, Mother of R. Vetrivel (Secretary Quarry Union) and mother of Kalaiarasi RCS Group, R/o Bhatubasti, who left for heavenly abode on 17-10-2023. Shri Jolly prayed to the Almighty for the eternal peace of the departed soul and to give strength to her bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
