Port Blair, Oct. 16: The Andaman & Nicobar Pradesh Youth Congress organized a One Day Volleyball Knockout Tournament on the 15th of October 2023 at Young Brothers Club Ground, Dairy Farm.

The tournament was organized under the supervision of Youth Congress State President Ms. Diksha Dular and Youth Congress State Vice-President Shri. Abhibhushan Ghosh and was sponsored by TSG Hotels & Resorts.

Port Blair, Oct. 16:  A Buyers Session on Government e-market place (GeM) was held in the Auditorium of Tagore College of Education here today. The session was inaugurated by Shri C. Arvind, Secretary (Finance) while Shri Ramesh Mahadevan, Business Facilitator, GeM for Andaman and Nicobar Islands was the key person. About 126 Officers and Officials from all the Departments/Offices/PSU etc. of Andaman and Nicobar Administration attended the session.

Port Blair, Oct. 16: The Model Career Centre (Employment Exchange), Directorate of Employment & Training conducted Career Guidance and motivational talk program on Oct.14 at Love Children Home, Indira Nagar, Humfreygunj in collaboration with Directorate of Social Welfare. Presently, 69 children are residing in the children home functioning under Social Welfare Department. The objective of this career guidance programme was to motivate the children and to orient them about various opportunities in the field they are interested in.
