Port Blair, Feb 16: The vehicle owners and candidates intending to avail the services of vehicle fitness and driving tests have been informed that the fitness tests scheduled on 19/02/2024, 20/02/2024 & 21/02/2024 and the driving tests scheduled on 17/02/2024, 19/02/2024 & 21/02/2024 have been suspended due to administrative reason in connection with the upcoming VVIP Visit.

Port Blair, Feb 16: In view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha Election-2024, all the Arms licence holder(s) under the jurisdiction of South Andaman District have been hereby directed to deposit their arms & ammunition to the concerned Police Station with effect from 28/02/2024 as per Section 21(1) of the Arms Act, 1962.
