Port Blair, July 24: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6, 91, 877 doses of vaccine have been administered to beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above so far. Similarly, 23,893 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 years. 26,328 beneficiaries in the age group of 12 to 14 years have been administered both doses of vaccine. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 48,119.

Port Blair, July 24: Ten positive cases have been detected today in A&N Islands, of which, 9 were from incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday. Today, 9 flights with 1205 passengers arrived, out of which, 1086 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 75 passengers and the reports are awaited.
