Port Blair, Oct. 12: The recent weather forecast indicates a low pressure area which is likely to develop over North Andaman sea and neighborhood around 14^th Oct 2020. The low pressure is very likely to intensify into a depression over Central Bay of Bengal. Further, it is likely to move west-north westwards towards north Andhra Pradesh and Odisha coasts.

Project Worth Rs. 9.97 Crore Expected to Complete in 6-8 Months

Port Blair, Oct. 12: The work of Marina Road Restructuring under the proposed Smart City project of construction of Marine Esplanade commenced today at Marina Park in the presence of CEO, Port Blair Smart Projects Limited and other officials.  The length of the road to be restructured is 1.495 kms from flag point to the end of Marina Park. The project cost is Rs. 9.97 Cr and is likely to be completed in six to eight months period.

Shri Suneel Anchipaka, Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman was the Chief Guest and Shri Yash Chaudhary, ADM (SA), Shri Hari Kallikat, SDM, SA, Shri Prem Singh Meena, AC (Settlement) and Shri Lakshya Singhal, IAS (P) were the Guest of Honour.
