Port Blair, Oct. 19: Firing practice by ICG Dornier will be carried out on Oct. 20 & 27, 2023 from 1400 hrs - 1600 hrs. The safe flying height is 6000 feet AMSL. All concerned have been warned to keep themselves and their vessels/fishing boat away from the firing range during the mentioned date and time.

Port Blair, Oct. 19: In a significant effort to improve the socio-economic well-being of rural farmers, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services (AH & VS) organized a Veterinary Health Camp at Pinaki Nagar Village, situated within the jurisdiction of GP Hari Nagar. This initiative was aimed to provide essential treatment and veterinary care directly to the doorsteps of rural farmers.

Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands has deeply mourned the demise of Smti. Anwari Bibi, W/o Late Rahim Baksh (Amu Mistry), Mother of Jamil Baksh and Anwar Baksh, aged 87 years, resident of Dignabad, who expired on 17th Oct 2023 at 5.35 PM at her residence.
The Member of Parliament prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and for enough strength for the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
