Port Blair, Sept. 21: As directed by the Competent Authority in response to the representation received from few parents and candidate from inter-islands as well as rural areas, Andaman Law College has extended the last date for submission of online application for admission to five year Integrated B.A., LL.B., degree course in Andaman Law College till Sept. 23, 2022 .

Port Blair, Sept. 21: As per the advice of the A&N Administration, MGGC has extended the last date for submission of online applications to various UG courses upto September 25, 2022. Hence, aspirant candidates can avail the facility through the Common College Admission Portal (CCAP) (https://collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in).

Port Blair, Sept. 21: One positive case has been detected today in A&N Islands from incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday. Today, 10 flights with 1809 passengers arrived, out of which, 1678 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 111 passengers and the reports are awaited.

Port Blair, Sept. 21: All EPS pensioners have to submit annual Jeevan Pramaan Patra for getting pension. The Life Certificate thus submitted is valid for one year, and the pension shall be stopped only if it has not been submitted after one year. Hence, all pensioners have been requested to submit Jeevan Pramaan Patra digitally as soon as possible. If a person is dead, it should be intimated to the Employees Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Port Blair immediately alongwith Death Certificate for further necessary action.

Shri M. Vinod, Member, Advisory Panel CBFC, Kolkata has deeply mourned the untimely demise of Popular comedian Raju Srivastava who passed away at the age of 58.
The comedian took his last breath today at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi.
