Port Blair, Jan 11: A three days training programme organized by the Chief Pay & Accounts Office in association with O/o Control General of Accounts, New Delhi for implementation of e-Bill module of PFMS got underway in the auditorium of TGCE today with its inauguration by Shri C. Aravind, Secretary (Finance), A & N Administration in the presence of Shri S. Das Gupta, Director of Accounts & Budget.

Port Blair, Jan 10: The Member of Parliament, Shri. Kudleep Rai Sharma has highlighted the problems being faced by the people of Andaman & Nicobar Islands due to scarcity of water during the dry season, infront of the Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee on Water Resources, New Delhi.
The said Parliamentary Standing Committee is scheduled to visit Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 18th & 19th January 2023.

Port Blair, Jan 11: The vessel Sindhu which sailed from Chennai is expected to arrive at Port Blair on Jan. 13 at 0600 hrs. She has on board a total passenger of 189 adults + 1 Infant. On arrival, the vessel will be berthed at Haddo Wharf and passengers will be disembarked immediately.
