Port Blair, Oct. 26: On the auspicious Occasion of Deepawali, the Sant Nirankari Mission Branch, Port Blair shared the joy of festival with young children of Sewa Niketan Ashram (Orphanage) Diary Farm. On this occasion the children and volunteers from the mission distributed Sweets, Crackers, Candle, Diya and Study material among the children of Ashram in the presence of Sector Incharge and Sewadal Sanchalak.

Port Blair, Oct. 26: No COVID positive case has been detected today in A&N Islands. Today, 14 flights with 2083 passengers arrived, out of which, 1845 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 189 passengers and the reports are awaited.

MV Kalighat will sail for Campbell Bay via Little Andaman, Car Nicobar, Chowra, Teressa, Katchal & Nancowry on 28.10.2022 (Fri) at 1000 Hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail for Port Blair on 31.10.2022 (Mon) at 1200 Hrs from Campbell Bay via same route.

Port Blair, Oct. 26: The Practical Classes and Exams for B.SC (old scheme) for (Life science - LSE 4L, LSE8L, LSE11L, LSE14L, Physics-PHE-08L, PHE-12L, BPHL-108, PHE3L/BPHL103, chemistry- CHE3L, CHE7L, CHE8L, CHE11L AND CHE12L) programme of Indira Gandhi National Open University is scheduled from 31st October, 2022 to 19th February, 2023. The practical classes & exams will be conducted at JNRM, College, Port Blair.

Port Blair, Oct. 25: There are few heroic warriors among us who had fought many odds in life and today they are our society's "Knights in the shining armour". These people from common background rose to their prominent positions with consistent perseverance and became a role model in the society.
