Port Blair, June 28: The Elected Representatives and Officers/Officials of the Zilla Parishad, Una District of Himachal Pradesh are on their maiden visit on exposure tour to the UT of Andaman & Nicobar islands from 25th to 30th June 2022 to study the functioning of Panchayati Raj and Revenue Administration in the Islands.

Port Blair, June 28: Atul Smrity Samity (Bengali Club), Port Blair will be conducting ‘Open Bengali Language Learning School’ at the Samity conference Hall for te age group of 4 – 12 years. The school will commence from 3^rd July 2022 and will be held on Sundays from 10.30 am to 11.30 am without any fee, a communication from the General Secretary of the Samity said here today.

Port Blair, June 28: The State Executive meeting of Bharatiya Janata Party was held today on 28^th June 2022 at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee Bhavan, Middle Point. The meeting was attended virtually by Shri Y Satya Kumar, National Secretary BJP and Prabhari A&N Islands. The meeting was also attended by Shri Ajoy Bairagi, State President BJP ANI, Shri Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member BJP, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, Ex MP A&N Islands and Core Committee Member along with all the State Office bearers, District Presidents, Morcha heads, PRI members and PBMC Councillors.

Port Blair, June 28: On the eve of reopening of Schools, Chinmaya Mission Port Blair will be organizing a special Ganapati Homam to invoke the blessings of GOD. The Homam will be performed on Wednesday 29^th June, 2022 from 8 am to 9 am at Mission. All the students and their parents have been invited for the programme.
