Port Blair, April 30: The entire delegates from Andaman & Nicobar currently on visit to NIT Jamshedpur, Jharkhand as part of the ‘Yuva Sangam phase-2 under ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ (EBSB) programme today listened to the "100th episode of Mann Ki Baat" by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi along with NIT Jamshedpur team which was inspiring and extremely informative for the teams.

These awards are categorized in different categories viz. Awards for Manufacturing entrepreneurship, Awards for Service entrepreneurship, Women entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurs belonging to the SC/ST category, Entrepreneurs belonging to the ‘Divyang’ category, Entrepreneurs belonging to States of NER.

Port Blair, April 28: Shri Arjun Munda, Hon'ble Union Minister of Tribal Affairs, GoI currently on a 4 days visit to A&N Islands, visited Dugong Creek in Little Andaman today. On arrival at Dugong Creek Helipad, Hon'ble Union Minister was accorded a traditional welcome by Onge Tribes. The Hon'ble Union Minister interacted with the Onge Tribes and enquired about their well-being. He also distributed vegetable seeds and fishing line hooks to them.   

Demands to Start Such FM Transmitters in all Remote Islands of ANI

Port Blair, April 28: The Member of Parliament, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has expressed gratitude towards the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and also towards the Prime Minister of India for opening FM transmitters at Car Nicobar and Swaraj Dweep Islands today along with 89 other such FM transmitters across India.

He said that the move to boost FM radio connectivity in border regions and aspirational districts across the country is a commendable step.
