Port Blair, Nov. 25: The Hindu Rashtra Shakti (HRS) has demanded for Cow Ambulance and Emergency Toll Free services for animal rescue. In a letter to the Lt. Governor, the State President, HRS, Shri Rakeshwar Lall mentioned that many state like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh etc. are having Cow Ambulance Services (24 x 7). Presently, there is no Cow Ambulance Service in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and dedicated helpline number.

Port Blair, Nov. 25: The State President, BJP, Shri Ajoy Bairagi along with Shri Sanjay Singh, State Vice President continuing their ongoing visit to Nicobar group of Islands along with Local Leaders, chaired Organizational meet of party Karyakatas at Vijay Nagar, Govind Nagar (9 km), Gadda Basti, Rajiv Nagar, RPRS Colony, Kamal Basti and discussed various burning issues concerning the villagers. Diglipur, Nov 25: A special meeting of the PRI members and officials of the line departments was held today in the conference hall of the Sitanagar Gram Panchayat. Welcoming the members, the Panchayat Pradhan Shri Biplab Monadal elaborated the role of the ‘Gram Panchayat facilitation team’ in the development of the Panchayat. He said that keeping Equitability in mind the proposals are made, ensuring to make the benefits reach all sections of the Panchayat without any discrimination.
