Port Blair, Aug 1: In context to the instant Vacancy Notice dated 11.07.2023 of the Deputy Director Education (Perl.), the Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has appraised Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands that for 160 vacant posts of Graduate Trained Teachers to be filled by Direct Recruitment, 84 posts are placed under Unreserved category, 60 (38%) posts are reserved for Other Backward Class category and 16 (10%) posts for Economic Weaker whereas for the Schedule Tribes 'NIL' vacancy is mentioned.
