Cuttack, April 12: Bringing laurels to the islands, Ms. B. Haritha and Ms. B. Haripriya, representing the Andaman and Nicobar Rowing Association, secured Silver Medals (02nd Position) at the 1st All India Indoor Rowing Championship 2026 held at Cuttack, Odisha, from April 8 to 11.
The talented duo clinched the podium finish in the U-23 LT WT Women Pair category, showcasing exceptional strength, coordination, and determination against top competitors from across the country. Their remarkable achievement highlights the growing sporting talent emerging from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and reflects the dedication and rigorous training undertaken by the athletes.
