Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb. 3: Branch MSME–Development & Facilitation Office (Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India), Dollygunj Industrial Estate, Sri Vijaya Puram organized a one-day National Workshop on Procurement & Marketing Support today at Hotel Lemon Tree, Sri Vijaya Puram. The programme was attended by 130 participants, including MSME entrepreneurs/SHG and stakeholders.
The objective of the programme was to create awareness on Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Bar Code Registration, Procurement & Marketing Support (PMS) Scheme and other MSME schemes to enhance market access for MSMEs. Shri G.K. Sinha, Assistant Director Incharge, Branch MSME–DFO, Sri Vijaya Puram delivered the welcome address and theme presentation.
During the technical session, expert presentations were delivered on GeM, Bar Code Registration, PMS Scheme and MSME Schemes by Shri Tanuj of Branch MSME-DFO followed by an Open House Q&A Session.
