Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 01: The PM Vishwakarma Trade Fair, organized by the Branch MSME–DFO, Dollygunj Industrial Estate, under the Ministry of MSME at ITF Ground, Sri Vijaya Puram, concluded successfully yesterday, with a remarkable public turnout and enthusiastic participation. The last day of the trade fair witnessed a large number of visitors, reflecting sustained public interest in traditional products and indigenous craftsmanship promoted under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme.
The concluding day was marked by multiple cultural programmes, including lively singing and dance performances, which added vibrancy to the fair and enhanced the overall experience for visitors. The trade fair featured 90 stalls showcasing a wide variety of locally made products. Stall holders expressed satisfaction, stating that participation in the trade fair helped them gain valuable market exposure, connect directly with customers, and achieve good sales during the event.
Shri G. K. Sinha, Assistant Director (In-charge) of the office, briefed them about various MSME schemes and upcoming departmental initiatives.
Overall, the PM Vishwakarma Trade Fair proved to be a successful platform for empowering artisans and micro-entrepreneurs, promoting traditional skills.
