Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 20: The State-Level Science and Mathematics Quiz Competition, 2025 was organised by the Science Wing of the Directorate of Education, in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha, UT Mission Authority at the TGCE Auditorium today. Students from eight educational zones participated in the competition across upper primary, secondary, and senior secondary levels, making the event highly competitive and enriching.
Shri S Suresh Kumar, State Project Officer (SPO), Samagra Shiksha, UT Mission Authority, as the chief guest motivated the participating students to identify their inner strengths and talents, encouraged them to pursue learning with curiosity, and emphasised the importance of disciplined study habits. He also advised students to use digital devices judiciously and stay focused on academic and creative pursuits.

First: Wimberlygunj Zone, South Andaman Zone, Rangat Zone
Second: Rangat Zone, Diglipur Zone, Mayabunder Zone
Third: South Andaman Zone, Little Andaman Zone, Diglipur Zone
Prizes and certificates were distributed by Shri Ram Parvesh, Deputy Director of Education (Science). The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Shri Chanchal Singha Roy, Science Supervisor, Shiksha Sadan.
